During this sales period, Ticket purchases are not processed as a real-time transaction, but FIFA will collect all Ticket Applications submitted during the entire Random Selection Draw Sales Period for the allocation of Tickets at a predetermined date.
If demand for Tickets does not exceed the available inventory for a given Match and/or Ticket category, then the available Tickets will be allocated directly to those Ticket Applicants that have submitted an application for the respective Match and/or category. If demand for Tickets exceeds the available inventory for a given Match and/or Ticket category, then Random Selection Draw(s) will take place to determine which Ticket Applicants will be allocated Tickets. All Random Selection Draws to determine the successful Ticket Applicants will follow established algorhythms to ensure fairness. The Random Selection Draws are observed and confirmed by an authorized public notary. All successful, partially and unsuccessful Ticket Applicants will be notified of the
outcome of their applications. The inventory remaining after the Random Selection Draw Phase will be made available in the next First Come First Served Sales period, where Tickets purchases are processed as a real-time transaction to the extent inventory remains available.”
